i downloaded regclean and used it
it didnt remove the option "Pack with Uharc" when i right click on items =(

Not if it thinks that that entry should still be there.

Reg cleaners aren't 'magic' they only get rid of redundant entries etc, or for things like Adaware and Spybot via a reference list.

If you had winRAR (for example) on your sys you would get 'Compress with winRAR' a reg cleaner would not ger rid of the message.

Do you have UHARC on your sys?

i use to but i uninstalled it and that tab when i right click never went with it

A place to search in your registry:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Drive\shell\...
If you find something sounding like Uharc remove it and reboot!
