Takes its time scanning doesn't it.
It is actually quite a good wee program, it does it's job well, cleaning and fixing the registry that is.
It is not to soft and not to aggressive. Some that are to soft leave out stuff that should have been cleaned. One's that are to hard suggest things that definitaly should not be deleted.
The free version scans but wouldn't fix unless you buy it. I use the log from the free version and fix the registry myself.
'Windows Registry Repair Pro' is another such program that is subposed to be limited but in actual fact you can fix the problems with a single button which saves you having to buy or do it yourself.
