recovery console question

Mak, I had to log onto that account to create the folder which it did. The issue I am having now is I am getting a message of "can't copy registrationinfo. Access is denied. Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use." What do I do now? I tried looking for that file via search but could not find it? Where is it located and what do I need to do?

EDIT---- Mak, anything on the desktop that I wanted to copy from says invalid license or something to that nature and I couldn't access to anything on it. I assume my complete system is corrupt and I have to reinstall everything. Do you find that to be true? If so, what do you recommend I do now?
