did you try to import these addresses to outlook? is this how you determined it was corrupted? what version of outlook are you using? can you attach this corrupted file to your post or email it to me at eksine@hotmail.com? maybe i can see if outlook 2003 will import this, than i can re-export it and send it back to you.

I imported the addresses to outlook express and it worked. I don't know why I'm so stupid to not have tried that in the beginning.
