Recommend a program to organize PDFs

Hey,

Lately I noticed I have too much manuals, ebooks and plenty of stuff in PDF format. It is becoming very confusing to organize it by folders.

So If anyone here could plz recommend some sort of organizer for all these files, also plz mention why you recommend it and what are the advantages over other programes you used.

The way you are doing it will be the best. Have a folder for Manuals, then go by manufacturer and further by product. ebooks do it by author and possible by year as well. The same can be done with just about every other PDF file you have.

The thing is unless you create a data base there isnt going to be a program that will do what you want. Cause everythign at some point has to be stored in a folder. So unless you figure out a way to name them in a specific way your best option is going to be go by the folder method.

After you are done use Excel or something to create yourself a data base of what you do have in PDF format for quick reference. Can even put a location and that on there as well.

I'm with mak. organize them yourself. that's what i do.
