Ok so I just installed windows vista. I do what I usually do, and redirect my Documents/music etc. to my D: Drive.

For some reason I didn't work the way I wanted to, so I decided to restore the default root. But no everything wants to be in C;/users/Pictures !

It's INSANE.
and driving me nuts, does anyone know whats wrong ?

The UAC is preventing you from moving it.

when I was playing with the beta i absolutely hated that UAC annoyance.
