Default Reading Cyrillic and English on the same webpage

I have need to be able to read Cyrillic and English on the same webpage. I have cut and paste cyrillic letters into my online database, but once I hit enter to save the entry the cyrillic letters become jumbled. I have IE6 set to auto encode. I have turned on all the languages in regional settings and I can't do it. There are other people in my company that can doit but they don't know what settings are set on their computer, and they are in another state so I can't see their computer settings. Any hints here as to what I should do next?

Yes, I can read Cyrillic. To help you, you should use Cyrillic encodeing which is somewhere in ie6 options.
