Question Re-Install Windows?

Hi everyone & Happy new year! I was hoping that someone could just set me on the right track only I'm using windows me and it's not too welll to say the least so I just wanna delete it.... format the whole thing and re-install windows again. How would I go about doing this? Many thanks, Snow.

This should help...its for Windows 98 but it should be the same process.

Boot from the OS disc, by changing boot settings in BIOS and then follow the instructions.

I would use this guide. You can use a 98 bootdisk from for this.
