RBM.exe What is this?

I just noticed that this program is running and taking up a lot of my CPU
My computer just started running hotter, I opened the file location and its in America Online...

Can I remove this?

If you aren't connected to the Internet through American Online. Go to your add/remove program list and uninstall it. If it isn't there google the name and there are a few removal tools there.
