Really if you guys can just recommend any type of program free or otherwise that can do a diagnostic of my hardware that'd be great. I'm thinking bad drivers, not sure.
Specs:
CPU: q6600 Quad
RAM: 4GB DD2-800 PC6400
Video: 8800GT 512mb
Mobo: Abit p35 pro
PSU: Ultra XFinity 38A 2x12V rails, 600W
HD: 250GB Seagate 7200.11
OS: Windows XP Pro SP2
I installed the drivers that came on the disks for Mobo, and video card I updated a while ago (months before this problem).
So the thing that happens exactly is randomly if I click something, drag something, start a program/open anything, it'll do a half second BSOD then reboot with the wallpaper doing the Active Desktop Recovery deal. This happens maybe once a week, but is persistent and therefore annoying, and I'm worried that I might be doing something worthwhile or playing a game when it crashes (which hasn't happened, but would suck). From what I've noticed, it has done it ONCE when I wasn't using the computer.
Any tips/advice is GREATLY appreciated. Thanks!
