Question on Windows User Account

Hi. Can anyone here help me on this. There are several user accounts on my PC, 1 computer administrator(me) and couple of restricted accounts. Is it possible to hide the other accounts during the welcome screen when I'm logged on. So when my computer becomes idle and return to the welcome screen, I can only see my user account. The purpose of this is to the prevent other people from logging in. Another query I have, Can I disable the "switch user" option so there will only be only one active/running user account at a time.

Change the windows login prompt, go to user accounts, turn off fast user switching and turn off use the welcome screen.
