Question Reinstalling windows

Too reinstall windows, do i just need to delete old partition and create new and thats it or is there more too cleaning off the hard drive?

If you want to wipe the drive clean, just boot from the cd and there is an option to delete the current partition, create a new one, then you choose to format it and re-install windows.

If you just want to reinstall windows, boot from the cd, and choose to install windows over the current partition, this should spare your data (not your programs). But ALWAYS back everything up first.

just format the file partition. if youve got everything saved and your ready to loose everything anyways. Start with a clean slate. IMHO

hey u can even install windows on that drive which don't have any window before irrespective that do u have other files on that drive or not
its something like 1 partition = 1 window copy
