Default Question on installation of oem xp home

I got my oem xp home and have a question on istallation. Two discs came with it and one says for system builder use only in preinstallation of windows xp. Nor for distribution to end users.
It says windows xp oem preinstallation kit.
The other is the normal looking but it does have some writing on it. I got it from newegg. What do I need to do? Who has used this before? Thanks

'The other is the normal looking but it does have some writing on it.' whats it say?

From what I understand you would want to boot/install with the sys builder disk. Im asuming thats the windows disk packed with the dirvers for your machine. Untill I know what the other disk says go with that.

It looks like the normal disc. It has the hologram looking stuff and it says windows xp home edition. It says it includes service pack 2.
