Default Question about windows updates

Hey does anybody know if microsoft made one patch that will block all the worms that are known (i.e. blaster, sasser, welchia)? I work on a lot of computers and usually I update like 6 patches and it's pretty time consuming, does anybody know of a patch that is a single file and blocks all the newest worms? if not, does anybody know how to intergrate the windows patches? or at least do a silent install? thanks in advance.

I dont know I think they do periodic security rollups. But other than that you prob will have to just wait for the the next service pack (but by then they will prob. find 10 more holes in the os.
