Default Question about Windows/Temp File

I try to keep my system clean. Should there be any files inside the Windoows/Temp directory? I have about 4 folders in there I am unsure about deleting. Cookies/CTZAPXX/HISTORY/Temporary Internet Files

Can I nuke all these?

I ran the cleanup utility within XP pro and it didn't remove them.

Theres a lot of things that windows cleanup doesnt clean. There is a neat program that i like to use called Windows Cleanup by steven gould.

Its free ware. I think part of the reason why I like it is because it makes the noise of a toilet being flushed when you hit clean.

It scared the *#$& out of me the first time when I had the volume cranked

whoa, i was going to try that cleanup link, until i read that there's an option to delete favorites! i wouldn't want to click that on accident and then spend a whole day finding direct webpages to all my favorites.
