Question about advanced vista optimizer 2008

The program has a memory optimizer that runs on startup or when you close the program..

I suppose it's the same as any other mem opt software but should I leave it on while gaming? Honestly I'm not certain how the program works, if anyone has the technical answer to that, that'd be cool.

Just turn off Super Fetch. Basically what that program is gonna do.

eh, so I suppose I can disable the AVO mem opt from running. I like superfetch, I never run out of ram anyways and programs load blazing fast.
