How come whenever i shut down a computer in my hall way my speakers in my room give out a little beeping buzz noise? What interference or electricle transmission could be going on here?

How does a computer shutting down in an other room go to a cell phone than my speakers? Wierd but i do have 2 phones one in my room and the hall way. Does the phone realy it to my speakers? But how would teh cell phone pick up the charge

I know that an incoming Cell call with "Chirp" my speakers. As to the Phone, I have never heard of it. Do you have an acrylic case? it's possible that the EM from that would be enough to cause it if they were close. Also, do you have a surge suppressor on the computer, or a UPS?
