Promblems with internet explorer

im trying to load an applet on Custom Service Hardware: Wholesale Hardware to Anyone Who Makes Sawdust. Call us at 1-800-882-0009 under our products and it says need java flash and i have downloaded it and it shows a red X at the top left hand corner....what do i need to do?

Go to internet options, manage add ons and delete it, then download it again or refresh the page to see if it will download on it own
