Program for deleting individual files off DVD-RW

Anyone know of such a program? Windows can only erase the entire disc. I normally use IMGBurn for all my optical disc-related stuff, but it's not really designed for it.

I'm not sure, but Ashampoo does a ton of stuff that I never even used. You can see if the free version has it.
