Default program to burn .ccd,.cue,.img,.sub

Ok so yah i got this game i dloaded and it has this Four filez after i unzipped it .ccd .cue .img .sub so how would i go about burning this onto a cd? so it would be jus like the orignal. Do i have to sum how merge these files into a .iso or is thier a program out thier that i can just give it threse files and it burns them onto the cd? or what.. if any one has ever done this your help would be apreciated...

that is a propietary cd image file designed to bypass cd copy protections, this is a very popular program. sorry we do not offer support for warez on tech-heaven.
