Profile question

I would like do do the following: Create a user which I will call "NAME". I then would like to go to C:users and copy a profile from there and paste it in user "NAME" and then rename that profile and call it ADMIN.

Is this at all possible to do with messing anything up?

You wont be able to use the name Admin. It is reserved. It would still have to adhere to the UAC as well.
