processes over 60%

How in gods name do you have 70 processes running?

I have 65 on Win7... and I usually have around 80 running when I'm in XP...

I normally have around 30 in vista/xp.

I currently have 68, it isn't uncommon to have 50+ in Vista and win7, but chances are the op's PC barely meets minimum reqs for Vista...

What are the computers specs? Or what is the model number of the computer?
