processes over 60%

my processes be over 70% when browsing the net sometimes it get as high as 85-88%...whats the reason for that and is there anyway i can fix stop it from doing that? before i had the viruses it wasnt doing it, if i have more than one tab open thats when it start to slow down

which process is using the cpu? You may need to click show processes from all users. Recreate a situation where your cpu is being heavily used and find the process that is using it.

im the only one thats logged on but i can make it rise give me a sec.

Right now it is only showing your user processes. There are many system processes that are not showing and most likely one of those is the culprit.

Firefox is the main culprit. Look at the resources being used. Firefox is taking over 100K. That is your main source of slow down. Not to mention you have 88% of your system RAM already used. There isnt much we can do to help.
