I don't know if this is the right section or not for my question (since it isn't really hardware related.)
When I boot up my laptop, it has only 30 processes loaded. 2-5 minutes later, all the rest of them load up. One of them is my network connections, so I have no access to the internet or the local network for a couple minutes after the OS has loaded.
I noticed that when I do a virus/spyware scan, this issue goes away, so it is safe to guess that it is spyware related, but the problem is it keeps recurring.
Any thoughts?
