Default Process starting up at startup, how do I make it stop?

Whenever I start up my computer, to stop real slowdowns I have to stop an application/process called "Ins". I click end task and all of the lag goes away, but I'd like to stop it starting up when I switch my computer off. Also, if I leave it on, limewire starts, so I guess it has somthing to do with that. How do I stop it?

download ccleaner - www.ccleaner.com

it has a built-in startup tab, you can delete things from starting up.
