Default Problems in starting windows from cd

ok i have fixed the other problems i have been posting. When i could get the recovery console up i reformated my hard drive to ntfs. The first time i tryed to install windows and reformat the files loaded and then it restarted and did the 2nd part of the instalation in which some of the files where curopt. Now when i put my windows xp pro disk in it will start up from it and then go to the blue and it will stop when in the lower left hand corner it will say setup is starting windows. It won;t move from this. I can't even get the recovery console back up so i can fix some file problems.

Please Help
Thanks

I suggest cleaning the disk drive and the disk.
