I am using Windows Vista, but a small window keeps popping up saying windows explorer is not working followed by another window saying windows is restarting. This happens every ten seconds. I get connected to the net however when I try to run my programs they are very slow and I cant access the control panel long enough to add/remove any programs or run anything because it keeps restarting itself.
What can be done hope this very simple to computer savvys
