also, what does the blue screen of death say. Thats why the error reboot is turned off. yes it'll lock up, but we can get an error that way and hopefully point us in the right direction.

have you looked to see if you have a rootkit? It's something I've just started looking at. Look for rootkit revealer from and run that. See what you get.

DCOM is not that bad.. it has to do with active x
