Problem with upgrading! Any Avive :)

When i upgrade a XP Home to a XP Professinal i cannot seem to create a dial connection manully they are shaded out however i try to start Remote Produce Call in mange my computer services but i get access denied when trying to start any help on this matter would be very appreciated Thank You

Sounds like the account your trying to use is a non-admin account.

Reboot the pc >go into safe mode>log in as Administrator and try from there (and also have a look at your 'named' account to see what rights it has).

PS. Do you have a sticking keyboard (or have you lost some keys)? :-]
