I am using Norton Antivirus 2003 Professional and for some reason when i try open the unerase wizard to delete my files (i always have to delete them twice because this program saves them for some damned reason) it says there is an error and wont allow me to access the files. I have more than 40 GB stuck in there and i cant do alot of the ripping or burning i need to do because i dont have enough space on my hard drive. Any idea on how to manually delete all the files saved without using the wizard or how to delete the god-forsaken program in the first place? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
