problem removing a program

I'm trying to remove this software from my PC but I get this error message.

I checked under program files and seems to be that there is no folder there

Spyware scanners usually remove this for you,

just search your harddrive and registry with keywords 'mywebsearch' etc and delete all that you find,

that is if it isn't in 'add/remove programs',

your error message is telling you that you have tried to load this program and the dll related to this program is missing, hence you have removed part of the program.
