problem in Real one

hey guys, I am now having a wierd problem with the Realone player. I am able to watch the rm clips but without any sound, even the mp3-play is mute....
By the way, what I need to play out .rmvb files?

I know that this is a crazy "solution", but it's where I usually start:

Check volume...then check codecs......then try reinstalling RealOne.

bro, if each reinstallation takes 5 minutes, at least an hour in my lifetime was wasted on them......
The mute mp3-play! Have you ever heard that? The wierd thing is at 1% chance, it plays with sound; but if I restart it, the world calms down again.....All the other media players are perfectly doing well...
By, the way, can anyone tell me how to play .rmvb?
