Default problem reading D: drive

I was messing around with Alcohol, and I ended up with a drive D, E, and F. Whenever I try to run a CD, it spins but neither one will read the disc. I can't delete them, and I can't reinstall Windows because it won't read the Windows CD.

This is unfortunate because I'm trying to transfer my files to a newer computer, but the old one needs driver files to run the flash drive.

Any help is appreciated.
