Problem with new user account on same hd.

I have two personal computers. The laptop is connected with a wireless connection. These two user accounts are on the same harddrive. . That is all data is shared ON THE SAME HD. There is no server based network involved.
I got this message when I tried to create a password for the new user account: "certificates and other important information will be lost" WHAT WILL BE LOST??

What I want to do is create a email account WL mail account on the new user account. When I try to download WL mail they say I need to log into the administrator. Both user accounts on this hd are administrator accounts. The one I want to create an email account on does not have a password. I don't want to lose any information. How do I log in to the administrator.

I did some research on this issue for you and found absolutely NOTHING on the issue.

I found the answer: Don't set a password, just install email "run as administrator"
