Problem with my sister's computer.

It would not let me the other day when I tried that. No matter what I did for a new admin account it did not add any programs.

Then there is something messed up with the permissions. Check the Read First thread for the topic on vista/Win7 permission and check them to make sure that those accounts have the proper permissions.
