i don't know exactly what it is, i just know that it helps programs run faster and more stable, but i also need it to install some programs. however, it is really messed up. i install a program, it says i need to install it, but when it runs, it only says "re-install" or "uninstall". sadly either way it says it couldn't open the patch or something. i just ran it to see what it says, and the setup window is completely frozen.
my computer is also messing up when i try to open my SD slot drive on my computer. its at H:, and everytime i try opening it, it freezes explorer. i tried going through my computer, tried running it on the 'run' command, and even trying uploading photos onto myspace from it, and it all froze up windows explorer.
i can't even run X13-40150.exe, which is the program i downloaded from microsoft to install .net framework again. well, it shows up under processes on the task manager, but thats it, doesn't run at all.
