Problem with MS Outlook Express

The last few days, I can't receive or send anymore from my Oullook Ex.

I called my tech support from Shaw(internet provider) everything has been checked and there is problem with webmail.

I have no clue what happens? the only thing I khow of is I installed a software Spydoctor to remove spyware(the problem starts since I install this spydoctor), since then I remove but outlook still doesn't work

I'd be grateful if anyone can help

See in the properties of SpyDoctor is it tick "Email Checking"
if yes untick it.

What I recommend is Remove SpyDoctor And Download/Install
SpyBot - very good program they just did update on it
it is checking for 15 000 spy apps

Actually, I have already spybot but I thought spydoctor could be a better product,it just mess my pc up so I remove it and ...my outlook works again
