Problem Installing XP

Hi all,

I am trying to install XP and I am getting the following message during setup:

Error occurred while copying file videoprt.sys to C:\WIN_NT$~BT\videoprt.sy_.

Incorrect function (Cyclic Redundency Check)

I am currently running 2000

Any suggestions?

Sounds like your windows XP media can not be read, might be dirty or scratched?

I'm not sure. It's strange since I tried to run the same disc on my laptop (which also has 2k) and it went fine until I aborted the install.
