Problem with Folder Permissions

I have a problem. I tried to change the permissions on a drive so that other users didn't have access, and now whenever I try to access any of the folders I get an "Access is denied" error message. I appear to have given myself access, but I cannot give permissions to CREATOR OWNER, which is wierd. Whenever I give full access and click apply, all the checkboxes uncheck themselves.



I am an administrator so I should be able to do this. I'm also running XP Pro.

So can anyone help me access my files please?

It's OK now I appear to have fixed the issue by taking ownership of all the files and folders in advanced permissions.
