Default Priority

Occasionly when i am watching a movie in Media Player and i start up Firefox, media player slows down, im guessing this is because of the cpu priority. Now, task manager is able to change the cpu priority, however is the a more advanced program that does this, and remembers settings etc.

Thanks
Wayne
