print server?

anyone know of a print server that i can install on xp, 2000 server or nt 4 server that i can use to set up custom print jobs, here is what I need it to do, I need to be able to set up separate queues for one printer, queue one will print first page out of tray one and the rest of the pages out of tray 2, I need a queue 2 that will print out of just tray 2, and a queue 3 that will print out of just tray 3. I need these queues to over-ride anything that is set in the document page setup.
