Hi all,

I am using redhat 7.3 and have applied all updates since May, 2003. While I need to use my linux to dial out using PPP to connect to my remote web camera. The model of model using is US Robotics 56 Fax/Modem and the model of webcam is AXIS 2120. The whole process will be run once per ten minutes and I can successfully get what I want with one problem. That is my linux box will create over 1000 process during dailing out and hangup for ip-up and ip-down. So does anyone know what is the problem ?
