Hi, I have a Toshiba Satellite, and it's got a user console for itself, that's disabled a lot of things, including my power management. It has it set to when I try to use plain windows power management (under control panel) it tells me to use Toshiba power management. When I go to that, I click on it and nothing happens. So I have two questions:
1) Is there anyway to plain fix the problem? (w/o format, etc..)
2) What power management utilities (ones that would overturn Toshiba's control) are out there?

Looks like I figured out my own problem, if anyone has this, just start TPWTRAY.exe.
