Possible to remove all hardware drivers without fresh vista install?

Hey guys, I'm having some driver issues, like I keep uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers for chipset and sound but the sound card won't work, and the chipset drivers aren't completely settling in.. My first vista install worked fine, second one is having a hard time.

So I wonder, if there's a way to remove all the hardware drivers, restart, and have it be like the first time vista is running, so no drivers are installed as default (in front of chipset) drivers.

Yes download and run Driver Cleaner Pro. Run it to remove all drivers. Restart.
