Arrow Possible to have Mac OS X and Windows XP on a PC?

Is it possible to have two operating systems such as mac os x (plus iLife Suite) as well as Windows XP on a custom built PC?
I know its possible for Macs to have windows xp but I read somewhere that it can't be done yet vice versa.

So, if this is possible. How is it done? Can you link me to a tutorial or explain how to do it?

Thanks for any help, its appreciated.

Cant link to any tutorials or anything like that since putting OS X on a PC is considered illegal.

It can be done. I plan on triple booting. OS X, Vista Ultimate, and XP Pro. But i already have all the info needed to put OS X on a PC.
