Default Popup before XP logon screen after virus infection

An annoying window before XP logon screen had started appearing after my PC had a virus infection. I checked the startup entries in msconfig and the regedit run keys but I couldn't find anything related to it. How do I remove this?

Your boot screen has been modified/ changed, you can change it with TuneUp Utilities 2007 "Visual styler".
