Pop Ups

As far as i'm concerned, pop-ups havent really been to big of a deal the past 3 or 4 years, we never used to get them, and i never knew anyone complaining about getting them all the time. Well yesterday i started to get some pop-ups, very sexual and explicit ones. They dont pop up very often, id say about 5 or so a day, but i really would like them gone. Ive ran multiple virus and spyware scans with numerous programs, and theyre still comming, so what else should i do?

I HAVE WINDOWS VISTA PREMIUM IF IT HELPS
