Please, Need Major Help ASAP

This is really important, I have to make some videos for tomorrow but my computer won't even start up in normal mode. I can only go into safe mode. I get a blue screen every time windows tries to start up. This happened right after I installed Roxio DVD Creator 6, so I think it has something to do with that. I tried to delete it but I couldn't. I went into the progrman files and deleted it from there, but my computer still won't start up regularly. Please help I am in a difficult situation.

when windows is right about to load (between post and windows boot screen actually coming up) keep hitting F8 and try a last known good config.
