Please Help Need Outlook 2003 Help

Can someone please help me,

I want to use Outlook 2003 to hold customers and all the jobs that the customer has, which can be from 1 to 20 jobs. Does anyone know how this can be achieved in Outlook, or can someone point me in the right direction.

in outlook, u can right click on a contact and hit new task for conatct.. i dont know if that is what u are loooking for though :(

As far as using outlook to store job information, what exactly are you after here? Do you just want to store information such as hours or phone numbers, or is it more detailed? If so, you may want to look into a database such as excel, or just filling out more fields in the journal section of outlook.
