Reinstall XP.

DL the cd, burn to cd, and boot off boot menu. Takes 10mins or less. Never used it but I've heard MANY success stories.

If you boot into safe mode you can try to log into the built-in administrator account. I'm not sure if that's the one you have a password on, or if the admin account your trying to get into was made manually.
